  105. all damages exceed the amount of $50.00. The foregoing

  110. the parties with respect to the use of the Software licensed 
  111. hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous 
  112. understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment 
  113. to or modification of this License will be binding unless in 
  114. writing and signed by Licensor. Any translation of this 
  115. License is done for local requirements and in the event of a 
  116. dispute between the English and any non-English versions, 
  117. the English version of this License shall govern.

  119. 15. This License will be governed by and construed in 
  120. accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, as applied to 
  121. agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within 
  122. the Netherlands between Dutch residents. This License shall 
  123. not be governed by the United Nations Convention on 
  124. Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the 
  125. application of which is expressly excluded.

  127. 16. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction 
  128. finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be 
  129. unenforceable, the remainder of this License shall continue 
  130. in full force and effect.

  132. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  133. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED 
  134. RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is 
  135. subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph 
  136. (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
  137. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs 
  138. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-
  139. Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
